I just ran my fastest and farthest run yet! I did 4 miles in 41 minutes. I am so excited!!!
Woody bought me new running shoes today and I found this website on running to the beat so I downloaded some music and took off. The website said that studies have shown that running in time can help you keep your speed and cadence (beat). They had a table that had how many beats per minute you should listen to to maintain a certain minute mile. I downloaded the 10minute mile one and can you believe it? It actually worked.
I met my goal for the week and made improvements. Running is getting really fun for me!
