2 posts in one day, I know its crazy.
My Dad sent me a hymnal from my home church and I got it yesterday. No coincidence that today I would get some news that sent me to my knees in prayer to the LORD. Also no coincidence that the weather today was beautiful and I would need to get out and walk with Jackson. So this afternoon I took Jackson, Gunnar and I for a walk and I brought that Hymnal. Amazing how God's word sounds truer when you sing it?! At least for me anyway. I started singing "Standing on the Promises" one of my favorites. Then I just flipped the pages and sung the ones I knew. Yup, thats right and lady with her kid and dog walking down the street singing in horrible sound the songs of God's love and saving blood. It was great!! As our walk came to a close I "stumbled" upon a song that has so much truth, all truth for me right now; "Because He Lives". I will leave you with the chorus:
"Because He lives, I can face tomorrow, because He lives all fear is gone! Because I know, I know He holds my future, my life is worth the living just because He lives!"
Thank you Jesus that you live and live in me! Thank you that it is because You live that I CAN face tomorrow, that all fear IS gone. Thank you LORD for holding my future. My life is truly worth the living just because You live. I love you Jesus! Thank you. Please calm my fears as they come erase them with your love. Help me to face tomorrow with great joy and anticipation of you! Help me to live in YOU. For when I am weak then I am strong because of You!

I love your heart for the Lord
Well my sister, your faith blows me away! I love you so much, and I seek God in this also. He's not lost track of the situation, nor set it down for even a moment. He has you and John and Jackson and Baby Woodard in His loving and strong and protective hands! I too, rest in this knowledge and take peace in His promises. I love you so much! And I know you can push every hindrance aside and move forward through HOPE. "Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor His ear too dull to hear." Isaiah 59
"15 The LORD looked and was displeased that there was no justice.
16 He saw that there was no one, He was appalled that there was no one to intervene; so His own arm worked salvation, and His own righteousness sustained Him."
Read the rest of the verses 17-21 Kandy, you'll be encouraged especially knowing the Messiah promised here HAS ALREADY COME!!! Blessed [are they] who persevere! love you!!
