These pics are of Jackson in the back yard. The kids LOVES to be outside. He also loves to play in the water. As you can tell in the pics from his overalls that are a darker shade of blue because they are wet in the front. He was having a blast!

This week was Genoa days. We went uptown on game night and Jackson got to go on a couple rides with Auntie Em and Cousin Kati.

He went on the slide with Emily...

"BUT I DON'T WANT TO GO!"

At the parade Carolyn always dresses up as a duck to advertise for the Great Genoa Duck race in September. Jackson didn't go to the parade last year but He did see Mamaw in the duck suit so we thought he'd be okay with it this year.

He immediately FREAKED out and would NOT go to her, notice his legs and arms very tense and NOT reaching out for the duck...

So the duck unveiled herself to show her grandson that it was only Mamaw, he was okay with her now. And then...

The duck had to scramble fast to catch up with the parade.
