She's growing up so fast!

Today is an exciting day in the Woodard house!  We had a midwife appointment, which the kids LOVE seeing my Midwife check the baby and me :)  Jackson said, "first your blood pressure, then you pee, then the baby right mom?"  Too cute!  So all is well with the baby, I am measuring right at 37 weeks.  My Midwife said something along the lines that if I am gonna have an 8lb baby then I have quite a lot of room, because it doesn't feel like an 8lb baby in there right now! YAHOO!  What I would give for a smaller baby! :)  But then she said, that or you've still got 3  to 4 more weeks to grow this baby :) hehe.  We shall see, it's now a waiting and enjoying game.  And I can do that because the last couple days I have felt GREAT!

I went outside and Jackson & Addison both say, "look mom watch what Addison can do!"  He holds up his bike, she gets on and she can sit on it.  WOW!  LOL.  I am like, Ok cool???! (translated in my mind, what's the big deal?! )  And then he asks her if she wants to try and ride it, so we do!  She hops off we get all lined up on the sidewalk and I walk beside her as she is attempting to ride a 2 wheeler for the first time.  Ya know what?!  Just like that she has it!  HAHAHA!  The shrills of glee and giddy  fill the air, laughter so free and fun it's contagious!  The next thing we do is take her training wheels off her bike and attempt to have her ride her bike independently.  How'd she do?!  Take a look and see...

After she rode her bike for a while and it was time to come inside for nap we said goodbye to the training wheels...

What an exciting thing for her!  It was a whole family affair!  We called Daddy immediately at work and she shared her success!  Then we called Auntie Kelly and Addison told her as well (sorry other sisters, after those 2 phone calls she was done with the phone and ready to keep riding! :( )

I am hoping that all that running beside my little bike rider made the baby drop and will induce labor!? Here's hoping, lol :)

And we do truly praise God for all of life, the joys, sorrows, laughter, tears are all gifts from Him!  We give Him all the glory for this child and her abilities!!  Thank your Lord for this life!  Life truly so abundant!!!
