40 weeks and Belly Cast

My 40week self portraits aren't that great!  Blurry and I look a little swollen in the face.  Maybe the truth is is that I gained some weight in the face the last couple weeks.  That is bound to happen I suppose (sigh!!)

27 weeks, 30 weeks, 32 weeks, 36 weeks, 38 weeks, & 40 weeks.  Not the best collage but it was hard getting the images spaced on Picasa!  Baby definitely was growing!  Can't wait to meet him/her!!

First Layer of Plaster...what a mess!!

John hard at work.  The kids lost interest very fast because it was so messy and the strips were rolling up and hard to smooth out.  But they did help!!

Now I have to sit to dry!!

Trying to make a heart on the belly, can you tell?!  Lol! It was FUN!

We still have to sand and paint and gloss the belly but that will have to come later after it dries some more!!
