yup, that's me :) Praise the LORD! This is a wonderful opportunity for me for some "guarenteed" hours in this position. I am excited to be doing Supervisor as needed and work in the float pool like I am now. It's going to be great!
Also, God willing, at the start of the new year I will be able to work a few (4) less hours a week. Thanks to peoples awesome generosity towards the Jackson fund, we almost have 1/2 of it paid off! That is what is freeing me up to work a bit less. We have agreed to take the other 1/2 one bite at a time and have me be less tired and working more part time than full time.
So, there ya have it. I am, maybe even starting tonight, an RN Supervisor for night shift at Sherman Hospital. Please pray for me will you? Pray I will seek the Lord for wisdom and strength to learn this new position and pray I get a good reception from the staff at work.
